Crossfit – is It the Best Series of Exercises?

CrossFit-has exploded in the past few years and unfortunately, so have the numbers of injuries related to CrossFit as well. I admit, I’ve tried some of the exercises and remember doing some of the same exercises while swimming on a collegiate level.

Is every CrossFit facility that comes to a town near you all train by the same protocols?

Is your trainer truly “qualified” and “certified” to help you with this now standard style of exercise?

These are just a few of the questions I have when I read and evaluate patients that come to see me after being injured by CrossFit.

I’m interested to know your thoughts.
