New Year’s Resolution

Happy New Year! I hope you all have had a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

I found a article on Spine-Health about weight loss and how your lower back pain can benefit from healthy weight loss.

I know that I’ll be looking to lead a healthier lifestyle and might just implement these suggestions myself. Enjoy and Happy New Year!
