Cervical 

For patients that have had Cervical Fusion surgery (including Anterior and/or Posterior Instrumented Fusions)

Cervical Disc Replacement

For patients that have had Cervical Total Disc Replacement Surgery

Lumbar

For patients that have had Lower Back surgery for Herniated Discs or Spinal Stenosis

Lumbar Fusion

For patients that have had Lower Back surgery with a Spinal Fusion – Minimally Invasive Lumbar Interbody Fusion including (ALIF, TLIF, PLIF, and xLIF)

Spinal Cord Stimulation- Neuromodulation

For patients that have undergone spinal cord stimulation

Brace Weaning
